EQUIPMENT

  Equipped with simultaneous, 5-axis CNC machines from SNK, Wada Aircraft Technology's facilities are capable of machining jigs, fixtures, and parts up to a length of 8 meters(~26ft). Machining processes include grinding, cutting and drilling. Parts can be machined from a variety of materials, namely INVAR, Aluminium, and Nickel.

  In keeping with the stringent quality assurances required by the aersopace industry, and our own pursuit of optimal quality, we use touch probes capable of measuring for imperfections in our products with tolerances up to 1.7+4L/1000µm.
• 
  In order to transport out large-size products as safely and effectively as possible, Wada Aircraft Technology's facilities are equipped with cranes capable of lifting up to 5 tonnes.
