With the History of 
Japanese Aviation Industry

Wada Aircraft Technology was founded in 1955 when rapid economic growth began in Japan. The following year ushered in a new era in the history of aviation industry with the unveiling of the basic design of the YS-11, the first domestic passenger airplane.
More than half a century later Wada Aircraft Technology now stands on our many achievements as an aircraft jig and component manufacturing company. Our stable walk into the future is supported by production that always looks one step ahead. Not resting on our laurels, we would like to contribute to the development of a new generation of aviation industry by seeking the evolution of technology.

History

October 1955 Founded as an aircraft engine foundry molding factory
March 1963 Began production of jigs and tools for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. Nagoya Aerospace Systems Works
June 1964 Reorganized as Wada Aircraft Technology, Ltd.
November 1978 Expanded factory to 330m2 total floor space
April 1980 Expanded factory and began production of aerospace related components
October 1991 Reorganized as Wada Aircraft Technology, Co., Ltd.
April 1994 Noriyuki Wada became President
April 2002 Established new three-dimensional measurement inspection facilities

May 2003 Received ISO9001:2000 certification
October 2003 Received license as specified labor temporary staffing business
January 2004 Established new Hanasaki Factory
January 2006 Established new Haruhi Components Factory
