Installing advanced equipment for response to diverse needs

We realize high quality by fusing the technological skills of each staff member with advanced facilities. At our Head Office, Nishibiwajima Plant, and Ama Plant, we have installed 5-axis machines that enable high-speed, high-precision processing. Other facilities include advanced NC machines and 3D measurement instruments, all of which enable swift adaptation to market changes.
We have established the facilities necessary to flexibly respond to a variety of requirements.

Nishibiwajima Plant

Plants

Head Office

Composed of an office and an adjacent plant. Conducts jig design/manufacturing and production of resin jigs.

Nishibiwajima Plant

Fully equipped with a double-column machining center similar to the Head Office. Performs jig manufacturing and machining of parts.

Haruhi Plant

Mainly performs machining of composite material parts and parts made from steel, titanium, and aluminum.

Facilities

Double-column 5-axis processing machines which support manufacturing of large jigs

In order to support manufacturing of large work, we have installed double-column 5-axis processing machines equipped with long tables. This high-spec model performs high-precision, high-efficiency continuous processing of 3D shapes from 3-axis processing, and supports the manufacturing of large parts and jigs.
