Currently, a high ratio of the inspection process in the aircraft industry is conducted by inspection personnel. The shortening of inspection time and the prevention of human error are greatly influenced by the skill of inspection personnel. It seems unlikely for a significant increase in efficiency when using the current method.
In order to efficiently produce parts for high-rate models, there is the need to implement robots, image processing, and other technology to enable automation and manpower saving. Accordingly, we are working to apply the following types of improvements to inspection processes.
